The regularitys are given in spreading of signals from western, eastern and southeren directions with length of the line more than 7000 km [Druzin, Kozlov 1994]. E1.2 Atmospheric Radionoises. Thin frequency-temporal structure of atmospheric and "tweek" are investigated in field of frequency 1.5-8kHz [Ryabov 1994; Ryabov et al. 1994]. The spreading of "tweek" are investigated in theory. Polarizable peculiarities of wave are noticed, providing the interaction of wave mode while the transition of polariable from round to linear. The estimate of connection characteristic of spreading "tweek" were done (dispersion f(f), polarizable, azimuthantion angle) [Ryabov et al. 1994, Ryabov and Korobeinikov 1994, Ryabov 1994]. A big attention was paid to investigations of sound emissions in different frequency diapason: ultra, extra and very low frequency, espesially during magnetical disturbances. The data of ground observatories are used for it,and also data of stations, arranged along one meridian [Bol'shakova et al. 1994, Ivanova and Kleimenova, 1994]. The investigations of spectors variety [Morozov et al. 1994] of noises allowed to do the base for making model of noises [Petlenko 1994a, 1994b]. The increase of tensity of interplanetary magnetic field and changes of its orientation leads to change characteristics (change of intensity, spectors frequency), registrated of Earth of noises [A.V.Sobolev 1994, Danilova and Sobolev 1994]. The noises are investigated in the range of 0.1-10 Hz in conjecture of different cosmic sourses, for example, Roentgen rays and gamma-quantum [Gorbachev et al. 1994]. The noises were observed as SE before powerful outbursts on the Sun [Dovbnya et al. 1994]. Method of numeral modelling of ELF waves spreading in magnetosphere of Earth is developed on the base of experimentaal results [Maltseva 1995]. E1.3 Natural Radio Noises in Space. Amplitudial-frequency characteristics VLF and ELF fields are investigated in inhomogeneous plasma of subauroral ionosphere. The results of theoretical calculation allowed to support, that the changeability's characteristics of very low frequency fields in top-side ionosphere depend by desintegration of large-scale fields [Gdalevich et al. 1994b]. In theory having inhomogeneous plasma formations with scale from some ten to some kilometers is confirmed. Calculation of stimulate own electro-statistical insurrections inhomogeneous of plasma are presented [Gdalevich et al. 1994a]. The variation of long wave radio emission (100 kG:1mG) and flows of electrons (E >30 keV) are staded and compared by the data of satellites "Prognoz" [Grigor'eva et al. 1994]. Method of operative spatial adaptation of global model electronical concentration of ionosphere by signals of navigational Satellites are made, taking signals from satellites, by 2 koherented radiowaves in one ground point [Pucshin V.F. et al 1995]. E1.4 Radio Noises Assosiated Volcanic Eruption and Earthquakes. Analysis of events anomalous conduct of SDV signals, observing before some twenty-four hours of earthquakes on lines,arranged near the seismoactivity districs and near nuclear electric power stations by the accident situations, accompaned by the throw out of radio-active materials shown, that during enumerational processes will be the change conductivity of ground laer of atmosphere, change the vertical current of conductivity and, as follow, change the parameters of ionosphere [Fuks I.M. and Shubova P.S. 1994]. Analysis of experimental data by inclined sounding of ionosphere in SW range during strong earthquakes allowed to notice filter property of the atmosphere during spreading of acustic wave distur- bances, generatoring of seismic wave [Spichin and Tarashook 1994]. There are quasyperiodic disturbances formed in ionosphere during inside gravitation waves [Neckrasov A.K., Shalimov S.L. 1994]. The investigation result of vertical sounding by the station network showed the change of the parameters of ionosphere [Pulinets et al. 1994, 1995]. Correlation of middle night senses of frequency f E is considered for sporadic layer by different pair stations. It is shown, the decrease of correlation coefficient is possible before earthquakes in comparison with tone senses [Liperovskaya et al. 1994]. Statistical characteristics is given of ELF-VLF-ULF emissions in top-side ionosphere and magnetosphere over the districs of preparation earthquakes [Larkina 1994, Mazhaeva and Molchanov 1994a, 1994b]. The works are appearence, which point to correlation of flows variations taking fractions with seismic activity [Ginzburg et al. 1994]. E2. Man-made Noise. Stimulation of very low frequency waves and noises is possible, action on plasma of ionpsphere of powerful modulation KB radioemission on ionospheric heigth. Influence of powerful radiowave on ionosphere lead to stimulation of plasma turbulence and acceleration of superthermal electrons, which also can be source of plasma wave. Investigations are on two directions, ground transmitter is used, for example, heating stend "Sura" or transmitter placed on mobile platform on heigh of ionosphere, for example, project "Aktivnyi" ("Intercosmos 24" satellite). Method using the generation of very low frequency emissions by ionospheric current sistems under the influence on it of powerful modulation SW radio transmitter, this method is known as effect of Getmanceva. The emission arises in narrow layer (about some killometers), its disposition is frequency modulation of powerful radiowave. Parameters arising very low frequency emissions having information about amplitude and direct of ionospheric current, and therefore, speed of wind of neutral gas and its variations. Arising very low frequency waves are investigated at a height 70-90 km with the assistence of Getmancev effect. There are a method and results of observation temporal variation of very low frequency emission with using heating stend "Sura". Parameters of acoustic gravitation waves in top-side atmosphere are investigated by these variation [Rapoport et al. 1995]. Arising emission are registrated aboard "Intercosmos 24" satellite [Vas'kov et al. 1995a] and "Intercosmos 25" [[Vas'kov et al. 1995b] with the assistece of wave apparature, allowed to measure a intensity of field waves in wide range frequency and wave vectors. Possibility mechanizms of generation observating very low frequency emissions are supported, connecting with transformation of vibration plasma, stimulating by powerful radiowave and with the reinforcement ELF noises in top-side ionosphere with the rays accelaration electrons [[Vas'kov 1994a-1994b, Sobolev et al. 1994].] There is high frequenccy (hf) transmitter aboard the "Intercosmos 24" satellite, these transmitter works on frequencies close to frequency of plasma resonance (board transmitter). Methodical works have been done about investigation of characteristics hf emissions antenna transmitter, enter impedance and component of electrical field in near and distant zone of emission is rated. Rating characteristics of antenna are compare with the results of experimental observations [Baranets et al. 1995a]. The result of registration, stimulating by action of hf transmitter splash of electrons are analysed and machnism of accelaration electrons of ionospheric plasma an pleats of electronical cyclotron frequency are investigated [[Baranecz et al. 1995b]. Model of modulation ionospheric plasma by hydromagnetic waves is offered, which can used for quantative analysis of data radioscopy of ionosphere from geostatinary satellite [Pilipenko and Fedorov 1994]. Stimulation of very low frequency is possible by ray of electrons artificially injection in Earth ionosphere. Peculiarity of these waves and condition of its reliable registration by board ELF transmitter depend on reciprocal disposition of electrical gun and VLF transmitter [Lundin et al. 1994]. The frequency of lower hybrid resonance are calculated by mass-spectrometters data, arranging aboard "Intercosmos 24" satellite. These frequency are compared with measuring, stimulating both natural source and active wave influence on surrounding plasma from board of cosmic apparate [Mikhailov et al 1994]. E2.2 Power Line Radiation and radiation from lines. These emissions envelop ELF-VLF radiowaves, radiated by powerful electrical systems on frequency 50-60 Hz.
